Parisian Life { Street Photography }

Paris is one of the most exciting, glamourous and lets not forget romantic cities in the world.  These images are from a selection of my personal portfolio which combine my passion for photography with my love of  travel.  These images were taken using a Nikon D3 with a standard 50mm 1.4 prime lens.

Doncaster Engagement & Wedding Photography { Johanna & Nigel }

I enjoy meeting couples before the big day and we always have a great time during the informal pre wedding shoots – Nigel and Johanna’s was no exception.  The photo session took place in the idyllic hamlet of Wiseton, just outside Bawtry., Doncaster  Due to thick snow and fog I had to abandon my car and having…

Wow! What a day. Thankyou for digging your way out and taking these fantastic pics. We had a great time and appologise for making you push the car out of the snow and jumping in whilst it was still moving!

Hi Johanna. At least come July, we’ll be baking in a beautiful summer (fingers crossed!) instead of what feels like being in the middle of the ice Age!! We’ll reproduce the engagement shoot on the day in exactly the same location as this. I have some funky ideas which i’ll tell you about when me meet up again! Phil :-)

Hi Phil,

Met with Nigel & Johanna this afternoon to plan their wedding service. I tried hard to put them off using you as their wedding photographer but for some strange reason they reckon you’re a really great guy! Can’t think why!

Best wishes, Paul

Hahaha!!! I knew where the wedding reception was – a beautiful venue over the border in Notts. It had slipped my mind, however, that prior to this, they’d have to rough it with yourself during the ceremony in Hatfield!!! Joking aside, they’re a fantastic couple – and they are lucky enough to have the top vicar to town!!!! Phil :-)

Mount Pleasant Wedding Photography { Gemma & Adam }

Snow, snow and more snow formed the backdrop to Gemma and Adam’s wedding reception which I photographed at Mount Pleasant, Doncaster .   The wedding ceremony took place at one of my favourite churches,  St Lawrence’s Church, Hatfield, Doncaster. Architecturally the church is impressive and provided a fantastic setting for their wedding photography.  The church also has an interesting  history filled with intrigue, which…

Ye Olde Bell Hotel Retford Wedding Photographer { Holly & Simon }

Britain’s coldest winter for 3o years,  made for challenging weather conditions when photographing Simon and Holly’s wedding on the 3rd January 2010 at Ye Olde Bell Hotel, Retford.  With a mixture of rain and sleet and a temperature of -1c, Holly and Simon still had a fantastic day to remember.  My clients gave me the…
