Laura and Liam tie the knot in a matter of a few weeks at the Mount Pleasant Hotel, just outside Doncaster. We decided to photograph their pre-wedding session down at the hotel, but rather than shoot within the grounds, we found a remote path, just outside the grounds of Mount Pleasant. I’ve attached a few of my favourite images from the pre-wedding shoot below.
For the photographers out there, the sun had already set, so light levels were low. I had to use ‘film’ speeds of iso 2800-6400. All of the photos were shot on a Nikon D3 body, with a Nikon 70-200 2.8 VR lens.

just seen the pre-shoot photographs of Laura and Liam. Laura is my daughter and the pics are fabulous. Cant wait to see what the actual wedding day pics will look like.

What a beautiful couple, cannot wait to see the wedding photos. We were Lauras bridesmaids and had the most fantastic day, really did not want it to end. We thought you did a wonderful job with the photography Phil, too!
Phil it took me a few days to stop crying after the wedding – then I saw these photos and started all over again. What beautiful pictures – cant wait to see the rest.
