Bekki + Ryan {enaged}

Bekki & Ryan tie the knot just two weeks today at the Crown Hotel in Bawrty, before heading off on honeymoon and then on to sun filled music festivals such as Creamfields – some summer!!!

Their pre-wedding shoot took place at a great little farm in Kirk Bramwith, Doncaster which I’m lucky enough to use from time to time for photo shoots. Apart from a near miss with a very unfriendly sheepdog, the photo shoot was fantastic – relaxed and a great laugh, just the way i like them!

26 years on {The Cooper Family!}

July 1985 saw me wave good bye to my old primary school, and my favourite teacher; Mrs Cooper! 26 years later on, I received a telephone call out of the blue, asking if I’d do a family portrait session in Wadworth, near Doncaster. The lady on the other end of the telephone, was Mrs Cooper! I thought I might get a telling off, as when I was in her class I was given the responsibility of feeding, cleaning and generally looking after the class gold fish – my job lasted about 3 days, as somehow they all died on me – I was then demoted to feeding the stick insects once a week!

Back to the present and 2011 – the family portrait session helped celebrate Hazel & Eddie’s recent 50th year wedding anniversary – an amazing achievement!! The shoot covered 11 people in total – Mrs Cooper ( I can know call her Hazel! ) and her Eddie, their two children Nicky & Mark, respective husband and wife and 5 grand children. I thought I’d have my hands full, but it was a breeze! As you can see from the photos below, everyone was so happy and relaxed – it made my job easy!

Love {Charlotte & Jason}

Meet Charlotte & Jason – they’ve both just turned 21, they are both head over heels in love with one another and they’ve just moved into their very first home together! It doesn’t get much better than that! Charlotte & Jason celebrated their birthdays by having a photo shoot with me, before heading into to town for a beer or 5!!

Charlotte is a die hard Doncaster Rovers fan, whilst Jason (for his sins!), is a Newcastle United fan! As a true show of affection, Charlotte even donned one of Jason’s Newcastle tops for part of the studio session – now that is love!

The photo shoot took place in Wiseton, just outside Bawtry, Doncaster, whilst the studio photos were taken in their new Doncaster home.

Oscar, Elsie & Jack – Triple Trouble!

Oscar and Elsie arrived in this world just 11 weeks ago! I’m not particularly broody, but how can these photos not make you broody; the babies are just adorable!! The twins were joined on their maiden photo shoot by their elder (but equally cute!) cousin Jack. There were tears, tantrums, smiles and lots of sleep, but I loved every minute of it!

Hannah & Mia { Galway babes! }

My gorrrrrrgeous nieces, Hannah (4) and Mia (2), came across to Doncaster on Boxing Day, with my little brother Steve and his wife Cora. I say little, he’s a giant at 6ft 4″! It was -3c in my garden, but it didn’t bother Hannah one bit – she just thought was Hannah Montana doing a bit of modeling on a photography shoot!…..Mia was a different story altogether! Steve & Cora and the girls are now safely back home in Gort, Ireland, just outside the beautiful city of Galway.
