Emma & Spike {Engaged!}

Just six days from now, Emma & Spike will be tying the knot at the Quorn Grange Hotel in Leicester! The couple booked me nearly two years ago, so their pre-wedding engagement shoot was well over due; better late than never! We decided to photograph the shoot at the beautiful location of Clumber Park in Nottinghamshire.

Before heading back home to Doncaster and Leicester respectively, we followed the photo shoot with a well deserved glass of cider at the nearby Clumber Park Hotel – a perfect way to end a spring evening! I’ve chosen a few of my favourite pictures from the portrait session below:-

Gemma & Stevie {Engaged!}

In less than 2 months time, Gemma & Stevie tie the knot at Tankerlsey Manor. To say that they’re excited is an understatement, and understandably so! Before heading on their respective Hen & Stag dos, they called me up to arrange for their pre-wedding photo shoot. Gemma chose the location of Cusworth Hall, as this holds a special place in her heart – it’s where Stevie romantically proposed to her. He wasn’t looking forward to the shoot saying that he wasn’t photogenic and would feel like an idiot! I specifically chose places where members of the public (with the odd exception!) didn’t see us, enabling them to relax. By looking at the photos below, I don’t think he scrubs up to bad after all! Gemma is an absolute natural in front of the camera- she looks simply stunning.

Doncaster Engagement Shoot { Jacqui & Craig }

I met up with Jacqui and Craig at historic Cusworth hall, just outside Doncaster. Jacqui in particular was very nervous about being photographed. She told me that she always looks awful in photos. I tried to put them both at ease, and we had a good laugh along the way! As we got chatting, Jacqui soon forgot that she was being photographed. She needn’t have worried, as she looks simply stunning – as you can see in the photos below! If the two of them look this good on a freezing cold grey January morning, then I can’t wait to see what they look like on a beautiful Spring day in April! There big day is only 8 weeks away, when I’ll be covering the big day at The Crown Hotel in Bawrty. Can’t wait!
