I undertake a limited amount of wedding commissions per year. Each wedding gets 100% of my time and attention. Typically, a wedding commission, including the day itself, the editing and album design will take up to a week of my time. I don’t shoot weddings to boost my income; wedding and portrait photography is my profession and as such you can expect professional results.
I know how daunting it might be to look for a wedding photographer or cinematographer. That is why I have created 9 easy steps on how I operate to make the process as quick and easy as possible:-)

1. FIRST CONTACT
The number one step is to Call or Email me to see if I have your special date available.
2. INFORMAL CHAT AND AN EXCUSE TO SHOW OFF MY WORK;-)
Set up a date and time to have a chat about your wedding day and find a suitable package for you. This is also a great time for you to see my albums and prints.
3. BOOK THE DATE
If you are happy that I’ve found a perfect package for you I’ll ask for a £500 booking deposit to secure your special date. The outstanding balance can be paid at anytime up to one calender month before your big day.
4. ENGAGEMENT SHOOT
If you decide to do an engagement shoot with your package we put our heads together to find you a location that means something to you. Don’t be afraid to choose an out of town location – as long as the location means something to you! It will be loads of fun for everyone and you will get great photographs that you will cherish forever. I’ll develop a large mounted A3 photo for your wedding guests to write their well wishes, along with 2 framed prints to present to your parents during the speeches.
5. CATCH UP SESSION
I use this session to go through all the fine details of your wedding such as times, locations and all the important things.
6. THE BIG WEDDING DAY
The big day has finally arrived and the days prior to the wedding probably went quicker than you thought. I will cover the preparations, and you will hardly know that I’m there. I’ll capture your day for you as it unfolds. I specialise in relaxed and unobtrusive photography so that I can really capture you as you are. I am based in Doncaster, but cover wedding photography throughout the United Kingdom.
7. POST PRODUCTION
After the big day I start going through your photos. To ensure I keep the quality up I will require 1-2 weeks until your proofs go live on your own password protected wedding gallery over on my client site. I individually edit and post-process each image to ensure that you look your very best!
8. PROOF SELECTIONS
This is the time when you go through all the proofs and decide which memories and how many of them you want to include in your album & what prints you want on your wall. This can be done via my online client website, or via the comfort of my studio.
9. ALBUMS & PRINTS
Once I receive your final selections I go ahead and designs your album. It takes about a 4 weeks to design your album. I quickly export the album layout proofs and send them over to you (over the net) so you can make sure your album is how you want it. Once I get your heads up I send the album to the printing and binding company. 3-5 weeks later you will have your beautiful album in your hands to show off to your family and friends. Remember this album will go through generations which is why I strive to make it perfect for you.

We are getting married at St. Nicholas’s Church in Bawtry and then the Wedding Breakfast is at the Mount Pleasant Hotel, Bawtry on Sunday 14th August 2011. We are interested in “the disc” package and wondered if you were available on this date? We’d be grateful if you could let us know your availabillity and know your style is relaxed and contemporary but do you do family shots too?
